About this Event
Join us for Let’s Talk: Perinatal Mental Health on Monday 19 January 2026 at 11:00- 14:30 at Aylesbury Multicultural Centre.
This community learning day is a safe, welcoming space to build confidence in talking about perinatal mental health and supporting parents through pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period.
We’ll be joined by the PANDAS Foundation UK, along with local maternity services and Talking Therapies providers, who will share insights, lived experience, and practical tools.
There will also be opportunities to discuss current perinatal mental health pathways, explore what support looks like in our area, and identify how we can strengthen signposting within our community.
After lunch, we’ll take part in a Whose Shoes?–style workshop—an interactive, collaborative session designed to spark conversation, challenge assumptions, and co-create ideas for improvement.
Whether you’re a parent, community leader, volunteer, birth worker, or healthcare professional; your voice matters.
Together, we can build a community where every parent feels heard, supported, and able to seek help without fear or stigma.
We look forward to seeing you there!
