The menopause is a natural phase of life that can span a number of years as the body adjusts to this change and is part of the normal ageing process. Whilst it's normal and natural, it can be daunting and unexpected with physical and emotional implications. For many it be a signal of freedom and a positive change, but some people are heavily impacted by the hormonal changes it brings. It is a time to get advice where necessary and more importantly, support.
Join us at Bare Health on Wednesday 29th March as we welcome two wonderful guest speakers to discuss the menopause and how we can best tackle this natural phase through nutrition, exercise and supplementation and maybe seek some clarity at what can be a most challenging time of change.
Our first guest speaker is Aimée Benbow, BSc (Hons), MSc, ANutr. and is Head Nutritionist at ethical vitamin company Viridian Nutrition. She is also author of The Menopause Journal.

The Menopause Journal, of which Aimee is Author, is a practical guide to enable women to thrive through the menopause.
