We are excited to announce our summer face-to-face conference! The event will take place at an amazing venue in Manchester on 27th June, bringing together colleagues across all phases. The day will be packed with engaging workshops from our White Rose Maths specialists, keynotes from inspirational guest speakers, big prize giveaways and lots of fun along the way. We will explore using talk as a tool for learning across the curriculum and to develop metacognition.

A full itinerary will be added in the coming weeks to include targeted workshops for EYFS, Primary and Secondary colleagues.

Special Guests include:

Tony has an extensive background in education gained over three decades, with roles including teacher, Advanced Skills Teacher, Head of Department, senior examiner, and senior leader in schools, helping improve teaching and learning.

Tony still teaches to this day alongside his roles leading the Trinity MAT in Yorkshire and overseeing the work of White Rose Maths. He is also an editor of the DfE recommended textbook series, Power Maths.

At the event, Tony will be sharing insight into his career and talking colleagues through the methods which have had a significant impact on his teaching Maths.
