This session addresses urgent questions around fair pay, working conditions, and codes of practice in the performing arts. Bringing together practitioners and stakeholders from theatre, dance, and music, it will examine how fair practice frameworks can strengthen the sector, support sustainability, and uphold artistic value. Case studies and discussion will highlight existing models, ongoing challenges, and collective strategies for ensuring that creativity is matched by equity and accountability.
