About this Event

ignites the drive, curiosity, and agency of underrepresented students on their paths to and through college and into thriving careers, powered by our commitment to access and community.

We invite you to join us for an interactive, in-person workshop called "Let's Talk About It: Coming Together for Youth Mental Health."

At this workshop, we'll collectively reimagine ways to prioritize the emotional and mental well-being of the communities we support, especially young people from historically and systematically marginalized communities. We'll explore practices that center self-care and community care across group settings, 1:1 advising sessions, and as stand-alone resources, and will also feature a session led by a local practitioner.

Please join us for an exciting mix of peer conversations, individual reflection, and an opportunity to engage in a wellness practice that you can bring to your community.

If you have questions about this event, please contact Sonia Koopersmith, [email protected].

We hope that you and your colleagues are able to join!
