Struggling with the whole "God thing"?
Yeah, I did and do too.
This workshop is a time to explore our questions, experiences, disappointments, and confusion.
Our spiritual formation as a child is often led by our parents, faith leaders, societial norms, etc. As we grow and start to question or have experiences different than what we were taught, we often face judgement, denial of our truth, or sometimes flat out rejection.
From there it can be challenging to find a safe place to discuss our perceptions and questions so we squelch them and go on.
In this workshop, we will:
- Explore the difference in what we were taught and what has actually been our experience.
- Ask our questions.
- Share our confusion, hurt, disappointment, etc.
- Honor each other's views and truths.
We may come away with answers or more questions. Who knows. But nothing will be preached, pushed, judged or discredited.
This time is designed to be an open, safe place to discuss what is true for each of us indvidually.

- This workshop is ideal for those who are open to exploration even with people who may be on a different path than you.
- It will NOT be a good fit for those who have experienced religious trauma and need therapuetic processing around that. (Please contact us separately if you need that support.)
