Joggers just might be the perfect pant: comfy and stylish, and can be dressed up or down! This class will teach you to sew your own knit joggers on a regular sewing machine. You will need to choose your size and cut your fabric before the class, so you should have some experience using sewing patterns. In class, we will construct the joggers from start to finish, including sewing elastic and inserting cording or twill tape for the drawstring.Dates: Thursdays, June 17 & 24 6:00-9:00
Cost: $90
Skill Level: Comfortable using a sewing machine and using a pattern
Pattern Options: True Bias Hudson Pants (up to 46.5" hip in paper pattern in shop & up to 59.5" hip in .pdf only) or The Brassie Joggers by Greenstyle (up to 62" hip & .pdf only)
Materials needed:
- Pattern choice (see above)
- Fleece or knit fabric in amount needed for size
- Sew-all poly thread
- Ballpoint Needle
- Cord or twill tape
