Shelley Farnham is coming to give us an interactive workshop on ways to regulate your body, communicating and setting boundaries around your needs, brain development and the nervous system!
Don't worry - we're not going to make you sit still and tell you to breathe and smile! We're going to be having discussions and giving things a go.
Shelley Farnham founder of Complex Connexions is also a parent to an ADHD/Autistic young person ( and an ADHDer herself!). Her goal is to enable ADHD/Autistic young people to understand behaviour through a brain/body lens, cultivate calm and connection, and foster a strong sense of acceptance and belonging. Shelley's calm and knowledgeable approach means she's easy to listen to.
*Learn Grow Thrive is a space for Neurodivergent folk between the ages of 18 - 25 to hang out and learn about their brain and world. Were bringing you these workshops as ND youth so we know the challenges, joys and needs!
