Let's Move! COPD Exercise Rehabilitation Class

This 60 minute class COPD Exercise Rehabilitation Class is a specialist exercise class for people diagnosed with a lung condition who are breathless. Aiming to build fitness, helping our lungs and heart to work better, enabling you to manage your condition this class is delivered by a fully qualified Specialist Health instructor.

Being active with a lung condition improves the strength of your breathing muscles, heart and circulation. This helps you use oxygen more efficiently, so you don’t get breathless

Exercise itself cannot reverse COPD but it can change the way you feel breathe and function, reverse de-conditioning and improve your quality of life.

This class is held on our boat Sabrina 5 and is supported by Sport England.
