We are now offering kimchi workshops, where I will show you the secrets to making amazing kimchi for yourself at home. I will teach you the original Napa cabbage Kimchi with summer and winter version. These will be in small groups, with a maximum of 10 people.
The price is $70 per person.
The usual location is the Avondale community hall. Workshops take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours & you will take home around 1kg of kimchi that you have made yourself.
I bring all the vegetables & equipments, all you need to bring is a container to take your kimchi home in and apron.
