About this Event
Join Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures for some time on the trail! We'll hike about 5 - 6 miles on the trails at Perry Lake State Park! These trails include steep incline/decline, rocky and uneven surfaces and potential exposure to brushy areas. These are also gorgeous trails with a view of the lake, interesting flowers, fungi and other fun things. Dirty Dudes and Dirty teens are invited on this event. Dogs are allowed for this event if leashed.
When: Saturday, January 25th
Check-in: 1:00pm (Specific directions will be emailed the day before the hike.)
Wear/Bring: Layers of comfy clothes, sweat wicking is good, wear sturdy shoes/boots with traction, water, snacks, trekking poles.
What: Hike 5 or 6 miles… we'll feel the fresh air, see the sights, meet new friends!

What are you paying for? Dirty Girl Adventures, LLC will organize the event, provide a guide, support on the trail and docent information throughout the event. We will monitor the weather and conditions to ensure that our event and participants are safe. Our knowledgeable and informed guide service includes a leading guide and a sweep guide during the hike. Trail support including: first aid, knowledge of the environment and locale, safety monitoring, pacing, interpretive information on the environment and location.
In case you are wondering about our refund policy – refunds are given up to two weeks before the date of the event only when the refund is requested in an email directed to [email protected]. After that, there are no refunds. Dirty Girl Adventures may cancel an event due to weather or conditions. Everyone will receive a refund if that is the reason for the cancellation. We will paddle and hike in cool, rainy or snowy conditions. Cancellation only occurs in severe weather or other dangerous conditions.
