coworkHERS and Renew Counseling Center have collaborated on a Women’s retreat on the beautiful coast of Maine. This retreat is all-inclusive!
Offering daily gentle yoga & meditation, journaling, crafting, delicious meals, and snacks.
Workshops provided: How to Listen to Your Inner Voice: Our Loving Kindness Self vs. Our Critical Self, Mind-Body Connection through Mindfulness, and Meeting Your Inner Goddess.
Fees include: tent site (tents not included) or space in a shared cabin, retreat activities, 3 meals & snacks daily, gift bags upon arrival
