About this Event
Come enjoy winter birds with Feminist Bird Club Albuquerque–Santa Fe! We are an inclusive birding group for all ages, abilities, identities, and skill levels. We share a love for birds and a desire to innact social change. We follow the FBC code of conduct and the ABA Code of Birding Ethics.
This walk is focused on finding and identifying birds, with all levels of experience welcome. We will be traveling at a slow pace (stopping + standing) on a mix of paved concrete, dirt and grass.
We will meet at the western corner of the Fort Marcy Recreation Complex promptly at 8:00 AM. Be sure to wear layers, sun protections, and comfortable walking shoes. Binoculars are encouraged but not required!*
