Join us for a not-so-typical networking event. Show up as your authentic self for an evening of networking where you will also learn to break through the surface level conversations and walk away armed with the confidence and tools to build transformational relationships in the new year.

With over two decades of invaluable experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Lindse is a distinguished speaker, trainer and c-level executive who has dedicated her career to fostering positive change across various mental health settings, where she worked with individuals from early childhood to end of life, experiencing severe mental illness, addiction disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities or other significant behavioral health needs. Specializing in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and applied behavior analysis, Lindse is deeply committed to providing comprehensive support to individuals and organizations in need. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is actively engaged in community service, serving on multiple nonprofit boards including, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the Samaritan Resource Center and Man-UP Mentoring.
Lindse also champions initiatives that empower women and is the co-chair for the Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, Orlando Chapter. Lindse is a lifelong learner and in 2021 she pivoted from healthcare to a career in technology and innovation. Which allowed her to hone her skills in entrepreneurship, start-ups and emerging technologies.
Today, Lindse serves as the Executive Director for The Women's Edge. She is passionate about leveraging her platform to advocate for community impact. Drawing from her own experiences of childhood trauma, Lindse is dedicated to inspiring others to realize their full potential and navigate adversity with resilience. She is a fearless leader and teacher who stands for “breaking the stigma of mental health”, and ensuring everyone knows they’re worth.
Lindse has been featured as a speaker on ESPN Radio, local and national news outlets, Universities and for enterprise organizations such as Dell and Deloitte. Her mission is to help individuals find true joy and happiness, and she knows in order to do that you must first do the “heart work”.
