Kathy & Kim will:
- Review what makes a good growing space, lighting, heat, & cooling
- Discuss different seed starting systems (pros & cons), and how to use them
- Planting schedules & calendars
- Germinating seeds successfully, growing medium, heat & light requirements, disease & pest prevention
- Planting instructions, rules of thumb, & variety-specific instructions
- Plant your seeds (bring your own seeds or seed starting system)
- Up-potting: what size pots to use, where to find them, & how to reuse them
- Growing on, fertilizing, temperature, & water management
- Hardening off & transplanting into your garden!
