? Dive into Fun at Pearl Lake with MDS! ?Hey there, fellow dive adventurers! ? Did you miss out on the last #DiveLocal extravaganza? Don’t worry, because the MDS family is back and ready for more underwater excitement! Join us as we continue the 2024 #DiveLocal season at the beautiful Pearl Lake in South Beloit, IL. With good visibility expected, it’s the perfect opportunity to make a splash and create memories! ?
We’ve got something for everyone – from Open Water and Advanced Open Water certification dives to fun recreational dives. Need to work on your Advanced Open Water deep dives or other certs? We've got you covered. Our DPVs (Diver Propulsion Vehicles) might make an appearance for a fun certification opurtunity, adding an extra dash of excitement to the mix!

Saturday, June 22nd, 2024: 8 AM - 5 PM
Sunday, June 23rd, 2024: 8 AM - 3 PM
Location: Pearl Lake, South Beloit, Northern Illinois
Some of us are heading up on Friday afternoon, eager to dive in early Saturday! Others are meeting at the shop around 7 AM on Saturday and drive up. Join us whenever suits your schedule – the more, the merrier!

Let’s make some bubbles together! ? Call the shop to let us know you’re joining the fun. We’re aiming to snag a pavilion for our awesome crew, and we’ll keep you updated if Mother Nature decides to surprise us.
? Diving Fee:
Divers: $30
Non-divers: $20
We’ll collect the entry fee onsite when we check in as a group, or you can drop by the office if you arrive later. Easy peasy!
? Important Reminders:
Please provide a copy of your certification card and DAN Dive Accident Insurance card to the shop before the weekend.
You’re in charge of your own adventure, including travel, accommodations, food, drinks, and dive entry fees.
Don’t forget your gear! If you need rentals, swing by or call MDS – we’ve got everything you need for a fun dive experience! Note: The dive shop at Pearl Lake is closed, so make sure you have ALL your gear, including tanks, as air fills won’t be available on-site.
For accommodations, there are many hotels in the Pearl Lake area for you to make reservations at. We’ll try to organize a group dinner Saturday night at a local restaurant. Stay tuned for details!
