Let's Dish: A Cookbook ClubOn the second Monday of every other month, culinary enthusiasts are invited to join us in Community Room 3 at the library to explore some specific cookbooks. Copies of the spotlight cookbook will be available to borrow from the Help Desk on the second floor of the library. Participants are asked to prepare a recipe of their choosing from the cookbook and bring it to share. As we sample these culinary creations, we'll discuss food and cooking.
Participants who bring a dish will be able to sample others. Participants are also asked to bring their own serving utensils and are encouraged to bring a reusable container for leftovers. Disposable tableware and water will be provided.
Registration is preferred and can be completed online at bit.ly/bplcookbookclub, by calling 309.590.6168, or by visiting the Help Desk to register in person.
Note: This is a potluck event, and recipes will be prepared in personal kitchens. Eat at your own discretion.
