Join this two 2-day “Let’s Beat Breast Cancer Together” class and learn the best foods to enjoy and those foods to avoid as they promote cancer growth. All classes include fun hands-on cooking demonstrations, great lunch, lots of delicious recipes, relaxation exercises and group support.
Classes will meet Saturday, October 22 & 29, 2022 from 9:30am to approximately 2:00pm.
