Let’s Beat Breast Cancer – NYC is one of over 40 rallies happening across the country and around the world as part of a national campaign led by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

🌱 What We’re About:Breast cancer prevention starts with everyday choices. Our rally shares four powerful, evidence-based steps to reduce risk:

1. Choose plant-based foods
2. Exercise regularly
3. Limit alcohol
4. Maintain a healthy weight

🎤 Special Guest Speaker:Dr. Robert Ostfeld, Director of the Cardiac Wellness Program at Montefiore Medical Center, will speak about the link between heart health, cancer prevention, and lifestyle medicine.
