Initial Deposit is required of $250 per person (4 day/ 3 night package)

$100 per person(3 day and 2 night package)

Due by March 1st, 2024.

Deposits are100% nonrefundable and the total trip cost is 100% non-refundable 14 days prior travel date (Inn at Aspen cancellation policy is separate from Let’s BaeCation terms and conditions)

Final payment due by October 31st, 2024 (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Payment Plans are made on a bi-weekly/ monthly basis. Subsequent payments will be made via our secure online payment portal. The payment link and an individual invoice will be given once the initial deposit has been made.

Inn at Aspen group discount link to reserve your hotel spacing will be given once the initial deposit has been made. You will need to book your hotel reservation for Inn at Aspen directly using our group link to receive 15% room rate discount.

50% deposit will be due at the time of booking to reserve your room and the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in. The hotel will charge the card on file for the remaining balance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance. However, travel insurance is optional for clients. Clients are responsible for deciding whether to accept or decline travel insurance at the time of purchasing their package. Insurance can be acquired with the package and is open for addition within 10 days of the trip package purchase. For further details oninsurance options, please reach out to us.

**Late fees of $25 will be assessed for any payment not paid within 15 15-day grace period.

*Prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies, and rates at the time of booking. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your vacation package.

*Missed payments of one or more payments as scheduled and your spot will be automatically canceled, and the following cancellation penalty will apply.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation schedule fee below.
