Let You Art "Heart" Out!
Black History Month Community Engagement Event
Presented by AmEnough Society, a registered charity that supports the mental health and wellbeing of migrants and refugees, Let Your Art “Heart” Out is a Black History Month community gathering centred on the theme Community as a Superpower.
This event uses expressive art, storytelling, and a drum circle to explore migration journeys and their impact on mental wellbeing. Participants are invited into a safe, culturally affirming space to reflect, create, and connect through guided creative activities.
The session will be supported by a creative artist and a qualified psychotherapist, ensuring the space is both expressive and emotionally safe. No artistic or musical experience is required, and all materials are provided.
