God has sown potential in every one of us. To undertake our ‘race’ means to acknowledge that reaching our full potential in Christ is what matters. Like any athlete, the Christian must be in constant motion toward this goal. This demands endurance, which is learned from constant discipline.
During this retreat, we will delve into the parallels between the physical and spiritual ‘races’ of our lives, to find our true selves through a deep connection with our bodies.
We promise a varied weekend, using different sport disciplines, for all fitness levels, and aiming to portray that the effort to surpass oneself in any athletic discipline, also serves as a stimulus to love fully and to improve as a person, in all of life’s aspects.
