Take a break from the holiday rush and join us for Let It Flow: A Mindful Coloring Experience, an afternoon designed to soothe your mind, spark your creativity, and help you reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation before moving into mindful coloring paired with soft, restorative music. You’ll receive a selection of chakra-inspired coloring pages, plus colored pencils to use during the event.
Printed coloring pages and colored pencils will be provided for everyone.
No art skills needed. Just come as you are.
This session is inspired by my new adult coloring book, Let It Flow: Awaken Your Creative Energy, the first release in my Let It Flow series.

Angela V. Harris is a DC native, intuitive healer, adult coloring book author, and certified Reiki Master. As a breast cancer survivor, she transformed her own healing journey into a calling to help others reconnect with their inner calm, creative energy, and emotional clarity.
