Let Go Yoga Flow
Embark on a transformative journey of release and renewal with our Let Go Yoga Flow class. This gentle yet powerful practice focuses on surrendering to the present moment, letting go of tension, and cultivating inner peace.
Led by our experienced yoga instructor, Annie Kleinenga, this class offers a blend of breath work, mindful movement, and meditation to help you release physical and mental stress. Through a series of gentle stretches, twists, and poses, you will gently open up tight areas of the body, promoting relaxation and flexibility.
The highlight of this class is the emphasis on letting go - whether it's letting go of stress, expectations, or emotions that no longer serve you. By practicing mindfulness and being present on the mat, you will learn to let go of what weighs you down and create space for new possibilities and freedom.
No prior yoga experience is required, and modifications will be offered to suit all levels. Join us for this rejuvenating Let Go Yoga Flow class and experience the profound benefits of surrendering and finding peace within.

About Annie:
Annie teaches yoga (along with cycling and strength training) at SPENGA afitness studios in Woodbury. She has a long background in and true passion for teaching, yoga and fitness. Annie has certifications in personal training (NASM CPT) and yoga (RYT200), as well as a Doctorate in Education. She also volunteers as a coach for Girls on the Run Minnesota. Annie is a university administrator and professor, an avid runner and yogi. She has visited over 40 countries, including having lived in Spain and Japan!
