The spring equinox, symbolizes renewal, balance, and new beginnings. It's a time to celebrate the return of warmth and light after winter.
Join us as we recognize this seasonal shift with practices that help to clear out and balance old stagnant energy, to create space fresh new energy.
Amanda will guide you through a gentle yoga flow practice to open up the energy body, followed by a gentle yin practice to slow things down and sink deeper.
April will guide you through the space between waking and dreaming, coupled with Josh and April's symphony of gongs, crystal bowls and drums, while Amanda and Josh offer Rei-ki and Karuna-ki. .
