"Let Go Let Flow" A Day-Circle Workshop by Earth Intern Spiritual Healing Arts, Rhythm Included
Our Day Circles are themed and often include shamanic concepts or teachings, mindfulness and other healing arts. Come get refreshed, learn techniques that you can do at home, and then you can go about your daily routine feeling renewed!
For: Adults, 18+ Only
Tickets: One per person, sale ends the morning before the event
Main Activities: Qigong Warmups, Light Meditative Imagery, A Short Shamanic Story & Sharing Time, Releasing Ceremony, A Customized Rhythm Circle

Earth Intern is a registered, for-profit, small business which is categorized as a spiritual personal development school. It includes books, music, online courses and classes, local workshops, and more. Having an unique business model, we chose to start-up by offering free wellness workshops (Drum Gardens and more) to our hyper-local community organizations such as for special needs teens and adults, social services, day programs, and more. Susan George is the founder of Earth Intern; Spiritual Healing Arts. She is a practitioner of personal shamanism, an author of spiritual growth books, and she records medicine music. She's also an ordained interspiritual & ministerial metaphysical lightworker, a certified cognitive mindfulness practitioner and life coach, and a certified meditation teacher. She has studied spiritual counseling, spiritual emergence, cultural effiacy, and spiritual and religious diversity, relationships and much more.
She operates on an interspiritual level (welcoming and validating all peaceful paths) and promotes the exploration of one's best current knowledge of their true self - and the expression of it!
Susan is first a mom to four awesome adult children, including one with Angelman Syndrome. Family, inclusiveness, and welcoming diversity is at the top of her priority list as a facilitator!
Refunds/Policy/Guest Agreement/Liability/Privacy/Feedback & Reviews:
There are no refunds issued unless the workshop is cancelled. If we must cancel the event due to emergency or severe or unsafe conditions, you will be issued a full refund, including Eventbrites fees. You do not need to request a refund in this case. Access to the event is not a right, and Earth Intern maintains the right revoke tickets and access if there is suspected safety issue or peace-breaking issue. Guests are expected to know the details of the event, conditions and weather conditions, the details of the event location, parking, terrain, and accessability, and to know if the event is right for them. Event venues are typically rented, and guests are expected to comply with the venue's rules as well as Earth Intern's code of ethics - which welcomes and acknowledges all peaceful paths. By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to all of the above and all details of the event and you also agree not to hold Earth Intern; Susan George nor Sanctuary Yoga and Meditation; Stephanie Delmanto liable for any damages no matter how defined or whether physical, mental/emotional, property, situational, people-related, or other, and whether in route to the event or at the event or when leaving the event or based upon people met at the event. Please arrive at 12:15. You may not be able to get in after 12:30, and we can't communicate with you on the phone while running the workshop. (The rest of agenda times are approximate.)
Parking is directly in front -and- additional parking is behind the sanctuary.
Access: There are a few steps. If you cannot use the steps, please reach out when purchasing tickets, and we will open the rear door for you! (Arrive 12:15.)
Bring a folding camp chair from home.
Bring /show your ticket.
Shoes must be removed upon entry. There can be no exceptions, and this is the owner's rule. You will see why! It is a lovely and maintained space.
Bring no-slip socks if desired.
Bring a sealable water bottle.
No food is allowed into the event.
Be cozy, and try only what is comfortable to you! This workshop is suitbale for all levels. (Beginners, absolutely!)
