Laughter Yoga involves breathing exercises and intentional laughter and is a fun way to help with physical, psychological, and spiritual issues.
Don’t worry - you won’t be doing any yoga movements or trying to wrap your feet around your ears. You will simply be breathing in between periods of laughter
