Come join Interfaith Minister and Holistic Energy Practitioner, Jan Firstenberg, as she discusses some lessons learned in her journey through life, and using audience volunteers, presents some energy-based protocols to help you navigate your own individual journey.
Jan will begin the workshop by discussing her journey from a fearful child who couldn’t speak, to someone who learned to turn life’s “obstacles” into challenges and lessons learned. She will address some of the challenges and lessons she documents in her chapter of the book.
Then, using a variety of “energy-based” modalities, and participant volunteers, Jan will present a number of different techniques to help people “shift” negative mindsets to positive outlooks!
Lecture & Workshop will focus on:
· Victim mode vs. Empowerment & Accountability
· “Should-a”, “Would-a”, “Could-a” (Are you living in the past, present, or future?)
· Forgiveness – What’s it all about? Who does it help? Can it bring us peace?
· Is your Cup half-full or half-empty – or something else entirely?
· Coincidence vs synchronicity

Who is Janis (Jan) Firstenberg?
Jan is a gifted, compassionate Interfaith Minister and Holistic Energy Practitioner with a private practice in Manhattan and West Hartford. She is certified in multiple modalities (some of which are documented below). She has led Study Groups, taught classes, published articles, and been a guest speaker for various organizations.
While enjoying a very successful business career, Jan suddenly became profoundly motivated to contribute to the well-being of others.
