Hey all ski enthusiasts!After seeing such great interest in our trip to Champoluc, we’re excited to announce yet another ski trip this winter. This time, we’re heading for a weekend in Hemsedal, Norway, together with CAS (Chalmers Alternative Sports).

The price includes bus travel, three-day lift pass, accommodation, and cleaning fee.
Bus Travel Information
Departure from Lund: We’ll meet at 20:30 at Lund Central Station on Wednesday, 11/12. The bus will depart at 21:00. Here’s where the bus will be parked: https://maps.app.goo.gl/5vxRvTWJhwDAJoeY6
We’ll arrive around 09:00 on Thursday morning, just in time for the first lift.
Return: The bus departs from Hemsedal at 11:00 on Sunday, 15/12.
Accommodation:
We’ll be staying in 9-bed apartments located 400 meters from the lifts, grocery store, and après ski. Here’s a link to the accommodation: https://softresor.se/boende/?id=371
A form to request your preferred roommates will be sent out closer to the trip.
Ski Equipment Rental:

BOOKING TERMS
-The event is only open to LESS members.
-The last day to sign up is 17 October.
-A booking fee of 200 SEK will be charged at the time of booking in the Orbi app (the booking fee is non-refundable).
-The remaining amount will be paid via invoice sent by email. The invoice must be paid NO LATER THAN the 20 of October, otherwise you will loose your spot.
-CANCELLATION must be made before the 20 of October for a full refund of the trip (minus the 200 SEK booking fee, which is NON-refundable).
* You need to be a member of Lunds Extremsportarsällskap and the facebook group LESS Members to join the event. You can become a member here: http://lundsextremsport.se/membership/
**Please note that the sign up and payment is binding, and no refunds will be made due to for example sickness. If so, please send LESS a message on Facebook or email us at [email protected], and we will try to help you find a reserve that wants to buy your spot.
