What you’ll discover at the ‘Less Stress, More Joy' session is a glimpse into a simple breathing technique to quieten and relax the mind preparing it for deep meditation to effortlessly cut the vicious cycle of thoughts, leaving your mind focused, clear & stress free.
After attending this session, you will have an opportunity to register for the Art of Living Part1 program and experience the Sudarshan Kriya™ breathing technique.
