LESS Backyard Ultramarathon #4We in the Outdoor Committee are very excited to invite those of you who want a real lifetime challenge to join the fourth-ever LESS Backyard Ultramarathon!!! On November 9th, LESS will host a Backyard Ultramarathon. The goal is to run as many laps as possible on a 6,706-kilometer course. The runners start a new lap every hour. The last man/woman standing is the winner.

The start of the first lap will be at 9 am.
Compete for the title or join us for a single lap in the afternoon to provide some mental aid to the tired runners. We have now
decided on the loop, which can be seen in the picture in the discussion here in the event. The starting point for each loop will be in Rhodos. Rhodos has a nice sheltered outdoor area, which can be used for rest breaks. There will also be bathrooms available. We also have a food plan for you, including snacks and something warm to eat and drink. We are also in contact with great sponsors for special prizes. Furthermore, we are organizing great entertainment for runners and cheering crowds to stay motivated, making this day probably the best day of your life!
Get yourself ready and buy an Orbi ticket, since spots are limited!
WHEN: 09/11/24 starting at 9am
WHERE: Starting point in Rhodos, Lund (see picture for 6,7 km loop)
PRICE: 93 SEK for food and price compensation
TICKETS: Released in Orbi on the 23rd of October at 12:15
LEVEL: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced (1 round up to 24 rounds (100 miles))

PS. If you make 15 loops (100 km) you will get a special price during our celebration on Sunday in the sauna! 15 h was roughly the time everyone finished last semester for the IRON LESS, so eaaaasy... Let’s gooooo extreme :D
