Join us for a festive evening of expert advice, delicious food, and holiday cheer! Enjoy abundant appetizers from Bella Bru, a complimentary drink, and a chance to win one of five raffle prizes featuring “secret strategy” gifts from the speakers.
The event will feature a panel discussion among the following five experts, all members of the LDEI Sacramento Chapter, who will provide science-based strategies to help both professional and home cooks navigate the holiday season with greater ease.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Les Dames d'Escoffier Sacramento Scholarship & Philanthropy Fund, which provides financial support for women in our community pursuing careers in agriculture, food production, culinary arts, nutrition, and more.
Meet Our Host and Panelists:
- Host: Amy Myrdal Miller, MS, RDN, FAND
Award-winning dietitian, cookbook author, and founder of Farmer’s Daughter Consulting. Amy brings decades of experience in nutrition, research, and food industry leadership. - Panelist: Lisa Falcone, RDN, CEC, CP-FS

Nutrition and Industry Affairs Officer for Dairy Council of California. Ashley builds healthier communities through science-based nutrition solutions.

About Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI) Sacramento Chapter: LDEI is an international philanthropic organization of women leaders in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. The Sacramento Chapter is dedicated to fostering relationships among its members and supporting the next generation of women leaders through education, scholarship, and philanthropy.
$35 of every ticket is tax deductible. The event aims to generate funding for the Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) Sacramento Chapter Scholarship Fund, benefiting women in the community.
