Please observe the following important information:

• Specific event timings will be released 1 week before each concert. Please remain available to attend around 1 hour before doors open. In most venues, this will be around 18:00/6pm but could be as early as 16:30 in rare cases.

• You will require a standard ticket before purchasing your VIP experience. If you do not have a standard entry ticket, you may be refused entry.

• Accessibility scheme: If you have specific accessibility requirements and/or require a chaperone (e.g: parent/guardian), please use the 'contact us' button on this page to disccus your requirements before purchasing a ticket, and we will make every possible effor to make sure you can attend.
