Leo Egbers, just a month shy of his 3rd birthday, tragically drowned in a neighborhood lake in May 2024. Leo, who had autism, was drawn to water and often wandered; both common challenges for many with autism. Despite his parents' best efforts, they faced significant barriers in securing an official diagnosis and accessing the services Leo needed. What if help had come sooner? What if resources were easier to navigate?
In honor of Leoβs life and to create lasting change, weβre hosting πππβπ¨ ππππΌπΎπ - πΌπ£ πΌπͺπ©ππ¨π’ πΌπ¬ππ§ππ£ππ¨π¨ πππ₯π€ on April 10th from 4-7pm at Lifelong Access.
