Reiki: energy as nourishment.
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress and relaxation that works with energy that flows through all of us. "Reiki" comes from the Japanese "Rei" (spiritual wisdom) and "Ki" (life force) and translates into "universal life force energy." Energy is redistributed or recharged through the “laying on hands”. This rebalancing raises your vibration levels, causing negative energy to dissipate allowing life force energy to flow in a healthy way. The result is a calm, centered-feeling—the place we are all meant to live from.
Terry is one of the co-owners of Annapolis Crystals and brings a grounded, trusted wisdom to her spiritually-centered work. A retired RN with nearly 40 years of experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care, maternal health, and hospice, Terry is an empath through and through. Now, Terry is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and specializes in past life exploration and chakra healing.
Trish Brewer is a trauma-informed Breathwork Coach, Reiki Master Teacher and a co-founder of the Goddess Gatherings in Annapolis, MD. Her spiritual journey began when a medical emergency brought daily meditation and journaling into her life to support and advance her recovery.
Trish has earned her Breath Coach Certification from Yoga Teachers College, studied under David Elliot, a Breathwork pioneer, and completed her trauma training with the NARM Training Institute (NeuroAffective Relational Model).
