Wednesday February 12th 530p-630p in Main StudioJoin Kimberly, a certified Reiki Level 1 + 2 practitioner, on Wednesday February 12th for the second full moon of 2025. During this workshop we will dive into the astrology of the Snow Moon, its powers and how you can positively channel that energy to make an impactful difference in your life. This workshop will begin by clearing space in your body with stimulated pranayama, breath control. We will meticulously focus on the connection between your breath and your body to bring more oxygen into the bloody stream and balance the nervous system. From there we will practice Svadhyaya, self-study, through a guided journaling session to zone in on your monthly/yearly manifestations, goals and aspirations. The last 15 minutes of this workshop will be a guided meditation + sage ceremony cleansing your aura of everything that isn’t serving you so you can step into your highest power and harness the notion of Sat Nam, your truest self.
Each participant will receive Reiki energy healing, personalized crystal, notebook and pen.
After this experience you can expect to feel relaxed, self-aware, and deeply connected to yourself, your purpose, and your divine gifts.
