Après '...de bon augure' en 2021, Thomas Lebrun revient aux Brigittines pour un seul en scène qui danse sur la musicalité des mots de Marguerite Duras. Utilisant les lectures et les interviews de l’auteure archi- vées par l’INA, le chorégraphe propose, en solo, une forme scénique déconcertante, défiant toutes catégories.
Entre incarnation et confession personnelle, les phrases s’entrelacent avec les mouvements dans une fragilité qui ne fait qu’exalter la poésie. Dans ce voyage intérieur, c’est tout le paysage de la littérature durassienne qui explose, parfois avec humour, souvent avec nostalgie, mais dans la justesse constante de ce que cette écriture porte à l’intrinsèque.

Na '...de bon augure' in 2021 keert Thomas Lebrun terug naar Les Brigittines met een solo dansend op de muzikaliteit van de woorden van Marguerite Duras. Vertrekkend van lezingen en interviews met de schrijfster, gearchiveerd door het INA, brengt de choreograaf een onthutsende solovoorstelling die alle categorieën tart.
Ergens tussen belichaming en een persoonlijke biecht, verstrengelen de zinnen zich met de bewegingen in een breekbaarheid die de poëzie alleen nog maar versterkt. In deze innerlijke reis explodeert het hele landschap van de Durassiaanse literatuur, soms met humor, vaak vol weemoed, maar altijd met de constante nauwkeurigheid van wat dit schrijven intrinsiek in zich draagt.

After '...de bon augure' in 2021, Thomas Lebrun returns to Les Brigittines with a solo dance to the rhythm of Marguerite Duras' words. Drawing on readings and interviews with the writer archived by the INA, the choreographer brings a staggering solo performance that defies all categorisation.
Somewhere between embodiment and a personal confession, the phrases intertwine with the movements in a fragility that only serves to exalt the poetry. In this inner journey, the whole landscape of Durassian literature explodes, sometimes with humour, often full of nostalgia, but always with the constant accuracy of what this writing intrinsically holds.
