RBFS is an a women-only boutique fitness studio & community so this is just for the girls. ?
All equipment is provided.
Shoes are optional. No street shoes. Please wear clean-soled sneakers if you choose to wear shoes. Bare feet & Pilates socks work too.
Please bring your water in an insulated bottle.
