LEND US YOUR EARS(LUYE), the reading series at the Bellingham Theatre Guild, kicks off its seventh season with The Vandal, the deceptively simple tale of a woman who meets a boy at a bus stop near a liquor store. The Pay-What-You-Will stage reading has returning LUYE director Mijo Stumpf (The Elephant’s Graveyard, Mary’s Wedding) directing film and television actor Hamish Linklater’s popular American play with interesting turns that contains adult language, adult situations, amazing performances from local actors and . . . surprises.
