Jo Stratton from Jo's Healing Cabin will be providing us with a Sound Bath - exciting.Whilst Lying down, or sitting up, however you're comfortable, enjoy a Relaxation and Guided Meditation followed by Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowl, Crystal Singing Bowl, Shamanic Drum, Rattles, Tingsha Bells, Chinese Bells, Chimes, Rainsticks, Percussion. Also Smudging. (If allowed in venue?)
