Lelica (pronounced Laleesa) is a pop/folk singer/songwriter from northern NJ. Singing and picking up instruments and plunking around since age 5, Lelica took her love for music into recording studios by age 19 as a session singer. She was first discovered and signed by indie label, Green Chapel Records, in 2009. The track, ‘Come Away’, from their outing, "Not a Moment Too Late.” was featured on ABC Family’s “Make it or Break It" and "The Lying.Playing venues in the NYC & Tri-State area as well as some across the country for over 15 years including performances at The Bitter End, Strand Theater, Roxy Theater, Waterloo Music Festival, Skylands Art & Music Festival, the Ohio State Fair Main Street Stage and has opened up for the likes of Chris Barron (Spin Doctors) and Christine Martucci. Lelica was also a Semi-Finalist for Z100's Hometown Hero Contest in 2011.
