About the event: Leisure Hike and Sound Meditation in Central Park
Join us for a peaceful and intentional morning walking meditation through Central Park Northwoods, where you can listen to the soothing sounds of nature. Learn how to focus on your breath and find support from the strong trees in NYC. We'll take a break near the Ravine waterfall to enjoy the rushing water's refreshing energy. Finally, we'll end the experience with a guided Grounding sound meditation, breathing exercise, a song, and aromatherapy.
Location: Central Park, Entrance 103rd East Street

To prepare for our park activities, bring a yoga mat, light snacks, a water bottle for your comfort while walking and lounging. Please wear comfortable sneakers for our short walk to the falls.
Please note that there are no restrooms available at our upcoming break location. Kindly make arrangements for this in advance.
About the Hike:
The Hike is roughly half a mile long and should take about 30 minutes to complete.
Starting with 30minute leisurely hike, followed by a one-hour relaxing sound meditation. Short breaks included!
We will be starting from the pool (1) to the Ravine (7) to seat enjoy a guided grounding sound meditation.
About your host:
Devi Mambouka is a Sound Therapist who has created a unique trauma-informed sound bath called Vibrobath. Vibrobath has been featured on BuzzFeed's "Ultimate Bucket List" and has had past residencies at the Soho House, Ace Hotel, The Assemblage, and WeWork. Additionally, Devi was featured on season 13 of the Real Housewives of New York.
