NEW CLASS – Legs, Bums & Tums
Wednesdays 7pm | Steventon Village Hall, starting 3rd September
It’s old-fashioned – in the best possible way!
Classic aerobics and toning – just like you used to do at classes or with a fitness DVD. No confusing choreography, no jumping about, just straightforward moves to target your legs, bum and tum. I use retro 70s and 80s pop hits and each track has a routine to match, which keeps it varied and fun.
• Low-impact
• Suitable for beginners
• Perfect if you’ve not exercised in a while
• No coordination required
I've been teaching fitness classes in Steventon Village Hall for 14 years now, so you may already know me from my Zumba class, which follows straight after at 8pm.
