Xiao Zhang is a Certified LEGO Serious Play® Facilitator who designs engaging workshops for teams seeking enhanced creativity and collaboration. Discovering the power of LEGO ignited Xiao's passion for creating intimate spaces where learning seamlessly blends with play. Her sessions create an inclusive safe space for reflection, connection, and problem-solving, leading to impactful outcomes. Xiao's sessions empower participants to develop innovative solutions and build trust.
