✨ How it works:
- Kids are grouped into teams of 3 and rotate roles: Engineer (reads instructions), Supplier (finds pieces), and Builder (constructs).
- Each role helps strengthen communication, cooperation, and problem-solving.
- Children gain confidence as they contribute to a shared goal and learn how their decisions affect the team.
