The Legends of Vinyl™ LLC are proud to announce that they will be presenting their 2024 New York Music Hall of Fame Concert & Awards. The public is invited to join them as they award the industry’s best DJs ,Recording Artists, Record Producers, Record Promotion Personnel, Record Executives, Lighting and Sound Technicians, Songwriters, Publishers, Publicists, Radio Personalities, Historians, and other associated noteworthy individuals.
The organization will be honoring and presenting Awards to members of the Music Hall of Fame for their contributions to the music industry and culture. Artist Honorees and performances will be... Opening the show Hokis Pokis with the Star Spangled Banner, Gary’s Gang, The Hues Corporation, Giggles, Juan Angel Gonzalez, Rainere Martin, and Bobby Bru. DJ honoree and Radio personality Al Bandiero; DJ John Donato, Eddie Muentes aka DJ Spider. A posthumous award will be presented to Maria Respeto, the original “Giggles”.
Concert Performances: Cyre’, Company B, Lenny Zakatek aka “Gonzalez” and George McCrae celebrating his 50th Anniversary of the world hit “Rock Your Baby”.
Premier: The organization proudly announces the introduction of “The Ladies ofL.O.V.” Making their debut together to the world…The First Lady of SalSoulCarol Williams, Cherrill Rae Yates, Rainere and Cyre’. A taste of what’s tocome!
We welcome our L.O.V. music director DeVerne Williams and his “Vintage SoulBand” to our stage.
The event will be attended by influential individuals from the music industry.
