POST CLASS:
10:00 – 10:15 AM | Cool Down + Recover
Catch your breath and reset at the Recovery Station designed to help you recharge after the HIIT session. Stretch, hydrate, and get your body back to balance.
10:15 – 10:30 AM | Refuel + Connect
Grab lite bites from True Food Kitchen, wellness juices from @juiceful.co and vibe out with the community while the DJ keeps the energy flowing.
10:30 AM – Open | Climb, Explore & Shop
The experience doesn’t stop when the workout ends:
