Legal I -Covers law, statutes, and rules updates, contracts and forms, and fair housing laws and rules. Exam score does not affect credit.
Legal II - Covers ethics, agency law, TREC disclosure and complaints, TREC enforcement, VA and Texas Veteran Land Board loans, advertising compliance, intermediary relationships, and suggested best practices.
Exam score does not affect credit.
There will be a working lunch at 12:30 PM.
