Developers' Club - A 'green' theme

The first Developers' Club event of 2025 will have a 'green' theme.
Speakers for this live event will be Barbara Moss-Taylor from the Environment Agency, and Head of Commercial Property Rebecca Cleal, with Peter Blake and Chris Harrall from our Construction Team completing the line-up on the day.
Barbara will be talking to our delegates about protecting the water environment in relation to the growth agenda. Barbara will talk about the approach, and give guidance on how developers can plan for potential issues and avoid pitfalls.
Rebecca will speak to members about Green leases, explaining the principles and typical clauses, and the benefits and issues encountered.
Peter and Chris will talk on the day about the environmental provisions in the Building Safety Act and recent case law on adjudication decisions.
Breakfast will be provided before the event and networking opportunities will be provided both before and after.
This event is for members of the Prettys' Developers' Club.
