Featured Guest Speakers:
Rafael Mandelman — President, San Francisco Board of Supervisors (District 8). Supervisor Mandelman is a longtime San Francisco leader, attorney, and policymaker who represents District 8 (including the Castro, Noe Valley, and adjacent neighborhoods). He currently serves as President of the Board of Supervisors and has championed housing policy, climate action, community livability, and transportation initiatives throughout his tenure in local government.
Alicia John-Baptiste — Chief of Infrastructure, Climate, and Mobility, City of San Francisco. Alicia brings more than 20 years of experience in urban policy and public service. She previously served as President and CEO of SPUR, San Francisco’s influential urban planning and policy think tank, and has held senior policy and administrative roles within the City’s planning and transportation agencies. In her current role, she helps shape the city’s approach to infrastructure, climate resilience, mobility, and connected communities.

Juliana Pisani, Esq. — Principal Attorney, Pisani Law, PC. Juliana is a seasoned San Francisco real estate and landlord-tenant attorney with decades of experience resolving civil disputes, advising property owners, and representing clients in complex matters. As a trained mediator and frequent panelist for legal forums, she brings practical insights to common legal challenges affecting property owners and housing providers.
